Shipping Policy
We offer FREE UPS Ground Shipping on all orders shipped to the continental United States. We also provide you the choice of an expedited shipping method at the current rate. We require a signature on all rug orders.
Track Your Order
To view the status of your order please log into
Your Account. Once logged in you can
access tracking codes, track new orders and view previous purchases.
Processing/Handling Fee
All orders will be charged a processing/handling fee of $8.95.
Delivery Time
Most items take between one and five business days to ship. It can take longer based upon the item's availability. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Once the item ships it will be delivered in two to ten days. In some cases, all of the items in your order may not ship together or in the same package. Rug pads and accessories will normally be sent in separate packaging.
Inspection
It is particularly important that you carefully inspect your package at the time of delivery. This is especially true if it has been delivered via an LTL carrier. If the packaging is damaged or for any reason you suspect a problem, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" on the signature sheet. This will make resolving the issue much easier.

Canada
We ship orders to Canada with additional fees to cover our shipping and customs costs. The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties and customs fees for orders shipped to Canada.
NOTICE
